Required information
Artwork file: attach the highest-quality image available (preferably vector: AI, EPS, SVG). Acceptable raster formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF.
Size: desired stitch dimensions (width x height in inches or mm).
Placement: where the design will be embroidered (e.g., left chest, hat front, sleeve).
Stitch type preference: if any (e.g., satin, fill, running, applique). If unsure, we will recommend the best option for the design and fabric.
Thread colors: specify Pantone, thread brand/color codes, or general color names. We can suggest matching colors.
Fabric/garment type: material and item (e.g., cotton polo, twill hat, fleece). Some fabrics require special considerations.
Quantity and use: how many items you’ll embroider and whether this is for personal, promotional, or commercial use.
Deadline: desired delivery date for the digitized file.
