Whether you’re repping your squadron, your business, or your own personal style — here’s how we make your custom design take flight:

  1. Submit Your Design
    Use the request form on this page to upload your artwork or logo file. Add any notes about size, colors, or placement so I can match your vision.

  2. Digitizing & Test Stitch
    Once I receive your design, I’ll digitize it for embroidery and run a test stitch here in the shop. This step ensures your design stitches clean, balanced, and ready for the real thing.

  3. Proof & Approval
    You’ll get a photo or sample of the test stitch to review. Once you give the green light, we’ll move forward with your full embroidery run.

  4. Final Production
    After approval, your piece is stitched with the same attention to detail I put into every AEZM Threads & More project — precision, pride, and a family touch from our bench to yours.

From file upload to final stitch, we make sure your design looks right, feels right, and is ready for the flight line or the everyday grind.
